His firm has served over 200 corporations in Canada, the United States, and Europe. Among the most notable accomplishments under his leadership: • 55 small-cap IPO’s • Numerous Annual Report awards for best design, best content (e.g. Alcan, Southam, CN, Château Stores of Canada, Consoltex) • Strategy and implementation of $1 billion capital restructuring for Domtar • Successful take-over of Ultramar by Lasmo plc • Successful merger of CFCF and Vidéotron • Crisis management of media, employee and creditors during Steinberg liquidation

Marcel was the head of Public Relations and Communications at the
Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association and the National Bank of Canada.
